The details you provide through the booking form or the contact form are used only to handle your request and to get in touch with you. They are not passed to third parties and are not used for advertising.

The notes field on the booking form may contain information about your health (pain, or treatment already under way, for example). That is special category data under Article 9 of the GDPR. It is used only to prepare for and carry out your appointment, it is accessible only from the practice and it is not passed to third parties. If you would rather not put it in writing, leave the field empty and mention it at the visit.

The consent you give by ticking the box on the form.

Details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and, in the case of clinical records, for the period required by applicable healthcare legislation.

You can request access to your data, or have it corrected or erased, and you can restrict or object to its processing, by writing to the practice address or calling the number listed. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
